SAFETY:

Safety during traveling is not only the responsibility and priority of Awesome Ambitions and Chaperones but student travelers as well.

You are expected to be with your group at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all activities unless special permission has been obtained from your chaperone and Awesome Ambitions staff.

Do not use  DoorDash, GrubHub, ClusterTruck, Uber Eats, Uber, Lyft, MeetUp, Bumble, etc. while on this trip. This includes but is not limited to: any food delivery, private transportation, or taxi service.

Even when no organized group activities are scheduled and you have free time, your pod leaders must know where you are, whom you are with, and must accompany you at all times. You must be in groups of three or four when with your group leader. Students are never to go off on their own. Be sure to carry the name, address and phone number of your hotel with you at all times. You are expected to be mindful of your own safety and well-being at all times. Take caution in whatever you do or wherever you go, especially in unfamiliar areas.
