Awesome Saturday - Mental Health Awareness

This week's Awesome Experience will focus on mental health awareness.  Partners from Swope Health Center will facilitate interactive mini-workshops with Awesome Girls where they will learn general information about mental health and coping skills.  Additionally Awesome Girls will be able to create resilience tools like stress balls, calming jars and essential oils.  It is our hope the this Experience will help the girls to achieve an understanding about mental health and also know where they can get help if ever needed.
